Job Description

As a Diploma Engineer - Mechanical , you will play a key role in supporting engineering, maintenance, production, and project activities by applying your technical knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and maintenance practices. This role is hands-on and operations-focused, requiring active participation in equipment handling, process monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly, fitting, and testing of machines and mechanical systems.
• Operate basic tools and machines used in the manufacturing process.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Support in troubleshooting mechanical faults during machine build or trial runs.
• Read and follow mechanical drawings and technical instructions.
• Work with the production and design teams to improve machine performance and build quality.
• Maintain records of daily work, machine status, and test results.
• Follow safety protocols and quality guidelines at all times on the shop floor.
