Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Engineer (Diploma in Mechanical) with 3–5 years of experience in the machine manufacturing industry. The role is hands-on and involves working directly on machines, fabrication, and assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform machine fabrication, assembly, and operations work as per production requirements.
• Work on machining processes.
• Assemble mechanical parts, sub-assemblies, and complete machines as per drawings and guidelines.
• Assist in machine testing, installation, and trial runs.
• Carry out routine inspection of parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Handle production tools and instruments accurately.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain proper housekeeping (5S) on the shop floor.
• Report production issues, defects, or breakdowns to supervisors/engineers.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and company policies during production work.
