Job Description

Looking for a candidate to lead all the functions of the human Resources (HR) department ie recruitment and selection, training and development, grievance management, performance management, design & implement  salary compensation benefits as per best industry practices, ensure health and safety regulations, Implementation & awareness of company HR policies to the working employees to ensure transparency  complete HR function.

Primary Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting & retention.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
