Job Description

We are looking for a candidate for the leadership role in sales & marketing department to lead the team of sales managers on Pan India basis. Eligible candidate should be well versed with sales and marketing function of capital goods machinery segment preferably from plastics processing industrial background.

Key responsibility areas

• To act as a profit centre by achieving business targets.

• Responsible to grow Equipment business by effectively managing Customer relationships.

• To lead a team of sales managers / Regional managers across India.

• Keep track of market trends, competitors, business cycles and new projects in the region as well as business development through effective networking.

• Identifying key accounts for strategically securing profitable business

• Re-enforce and maintain relationship with existing and prospective clients in order to solicit new business.

• Participate fully in company marketing and new product development initiatives.

• Provide a written weekly report on all sales activities, achievements, key issued, etc. with projections and strategies for the following week.

• To work closely with top management in devising the strategy for effective business

• To develop leadership pipe line in order to achieve key departmental objectives

• To work as an entrepreneur with complete ownership and accountability
